Why I Work with Dreams
Our minds bestow us with gifts every night: dreams. Why would we not take advantage of them? Dreams often reflect emotional truths that are difficult to access in waking life; they are not random or meaningless.
I view the process of working with dreams in therapy similar to "Jungian spelunking" into one's psyche: Together, we take time to slow down, stay curious, and make meaning of the images and feelings that arise, always grounded in your lived experience. I have worked extensively with dreams in treatment and have seen how dream interpretation can foster insight, emotional depth, and lasting change.
About

I am a queer millennial who believes in the transformative power of psychotherapy. While working in entertainment as a young 20something, my experiences in my own intensive psychoanalytic therapy inspired me to make a career change and help others heal.
I am a licensed psychotherapist and now a third-year candidate at the Institute of Contemporary Psychoanalysis in Los Angeles. I absolutely love what I do. I learn from my patients every day, which is part of why this work never gets old.
I work extensively with adults (especially millennials and Gen Zers) and with members of the LGBTQ+ community. I also see teenagers in my practice.
My approach
I practice contemporary psychoanalysis: warm, collaborative, and focused on understanding your unconscious patterns.

High-frequency options
Meeting 2-4x/week creates momentum and deeper change. (Once weekly works too.)
Relational focus
What happens between us in the room matters. Our relationship becomes a map for healing.
Adults and Teens
Including areas such as economic anxiety, climate dread, and finding meaning. Millennials and GenZ find themselves very comfortable on my couch.
Clinical Supervision
I offer individual supervision for therapists and pre-licensed clinicians working from a psychoanalytic or relational frame. We'll focus on what's alive in the clinical relationship: what your patients stir up in you, what gets missed, and how to use all of it.
If you're early in your career and want a supervisor who takes the unconscious seriously without taking themselves too seriously, let's talk.
